Monroe City Clerk

Election registration deadline is Monday, October 6, 2008.  You must register at the City Clerk's Office or at the Secretary of State Office by this date in order to be eligible to vote in the November 4, 2008 Election.

We encourage every voter to call the City Clerk's Office

to check their voter registration status PRIOR to the

October 6, 2008 registration deadline.

Ballots require two stamps to mail it back to the

City Clerk's Office.

Photo Identification will be required at the polls in order to vote or an affidavit attesting that he or she

is not in possession of picture identification.

We are in need of Election Inspectors.  You may obtain an Election Inspector's application at the City Clerk's Office or call one of the telephone numbers listed below.
